Do you work with a photography assistant?
No. Working alone allows me the freedom to be mobile in order to adapt
to a changing environment and get the perfect shot.
Why are your wedding photography rates so reasonable?
I don’t use a photography assistant so I don’t have to charge for one.
I don’t spend thousands of dollars in advertising-most of my weddings are referrals.
I am a home-based photographer so, I don't have overhead. All of this allows me to keep my photography prices reasonable.
How far will you travel?
I will accommodate most travel requests. Travel expenses are additional.
Do you shoot black and white photography as well as color photography?
Yes, and I don’t charge extra. You also have control over the percentage
or you can leave it up to my judgment. Some images are appropriate in black and white while others are not.
What kinds of cameras do you use?
I use 35mm Minolta cameras with Minolta lenses. I don’t use the larger portrait cameras
that more traditional photographers prefer. I don't use digital cameras. As long as you aren’t looking
for that 20x30 portrait for the mantel, 35mm is fine.
Are your photography services available?
My wedding photography services are scheduled as far in advance as 2 years.
